Origin Energy Limited (Origin) announces it has entered into an agreement to
sell its Tariki, Ahuroa, Waihapa and Ngaere (TAWN) fields in New Zealand's
Taranaki region, along with the Waihapa Production Station and associated
infrastructure assets, to New Zealand Energy Corp. (NZEC).
