ASSET: PFI: Sale of 85 Cavendish Drive
NZX listed industrial property landlord Property For Industry (PFI) has today
announced that it has sold a non-core property at 85 Cavendish Drive,
Manukau, for a gross sales price of $10 million. The sale is due to settle on
31 March 2016.
PFI General Manager Simon Woodhams noted: "The sale is a pleasing result. Not
only does it conclude a long term strategy for the divestment of this
non-core property, it was achieved at a price greater than the December 2014
book value of $8.65 million.
