RAKON & ECEC EQUITY TRANSFER AGREEMENT - SETTLEMENT & COMPLETION

Further to Rakon Limited's (NZX:RAK) announcement on 13 August 2013 in
relation to the ECEC Equity Transfer Agreement, Rakon advises that the final
balance of purchase price (US$17.3 million) has been received from ZheJiang
East Crystal Electronic Co. Ltd. (ECEC). The payment thereby completes the
sale of an 80% equity interest in Rakon Crystal (Chengdu) Company Ltd.
