ACQUISITION OF SEVEN CARL'S JR STORES FROM FORSGREN NZ LTD

Restaurant Brands NZ Limited wishes to announce that the purchase of seven
Carl's Jr stores from Forsgren NZ Limited which was announced to the market
on 5 November is now scheduled for completion on 9 December.

This, together with the opening of a new store in Manukau on 2 December will
bring the total number of Carl's Jr stores operated by Restaurant Brands to
17.
