    BJT announced three days ago that the fair value of the total portfolio has decreased by 13.3%, and the SP has gained around 20% since then (now trading at 39.5c).
    There are plenty of drama queens in this forum. It has been widely expected that all REIT (without exceptions) will have a massive decrease in their portfolios values, so whats new about today's announcment????!!!
