The only way forward that will provide value to PRH shareholders, who will join the SLR Mothership. I suggested the proposed approach to be taken could be one way of handling the LN agreement and provide the same value to PRH shareholders as a formal merger. PRH to be wound up in the fullness of time, I suppose.
But will PRH shareholder be grateful this time? Probably not.
I wish PRH would release full details of the marvelous off take agreement that has killed the company.
