I thought the share price would go up a lot more than it has. It was trading at 1.7c before the announcement. The appeal would take at least 12 months to hear, we'd burn a stack of cash in that time, and even then chances are we'd lose the appeal - but who knows. We had a lot of pressure to get Clark done, we had to borrow at high interest from our major shareholders with options thrown in, I presume because we couldn't get a loan elsewhere. Now we don't have that pressure and there is certainty about our future.

I'd guess many shareholders are just taking the opportunity to exit, it would be a shame to have held all that time, only to sell prior to a sale which should be north of 10c a share equivalent.
