As others have said, best to offload a business that was losing money even ignoring the legal issues it faces
The business generated 14m in topline revenues in FY2020, so every chance that it will meet the 12m minimum in FY22 so that is a minimum 400k and again a further 700k in FY23 to meet the 12m minimum. Seems more likely they will get 3-4m in total which is not bad as it will help fund a result in Clark
