it’s a MASSIVE asset play.
I figure the upside at current price is at least 7-8x conservatively if they can execute a deal, maybe even 15-20x+ if they smash it out of the park for 6.
I don’t know what the chances of them executing a deal are, 50-50? Even if it’s only 25%, getting $7-8 on a $4 chance is right in my wheelhouse - looks like a bet on a live horse to me which I routinely make.
I already have exposure through @eternalgrowth and EGP, but quite keen to have a slash at this directly in my own name.
