Isn't it strange that none of the quarterlies showed this 500k debt to Blue Sky that was outstanding ? It also still owes Gary 900k
Basically the company must of been trading nearly insolvent earlier this year.
The effective date of the transaction is 1 January 2023. At this date, Sacgasco AB Limited owed Blue Sky
