Converible note issued by PRH to SLR to raise $1.553 mill for "corporate overheads,tenement maintenance, transaction expenses, LN Metals payment, and "any other matters APPROVED BY SILVER LAKE RESOURCES".

BUT....we have no tenements to maintain....all are deemed owned by SLR?????
Payment to LN Metals? As per ann of 27TH April, we had funds of $1.75 mill out of which LN Metals was going to be paid THEN.

Corporate overheads....they want $1.553 mill for overseeing the empty shell of our company?......in their own offices?
When we know THEY will get the biggest share of anything that will arise out of PRH at a later date.......?

Anacondas & Boa Constrictors rest in between gorgings....bulls rest in between their ravishings.....this mob just keeps going..... :-)
