MLX own 27% of WGR and no doubt have some other mates in the Top 20. MLX are excluded from the vote on the merger. They've played dirty games with a share buyback propping up the MLX share price prior to the WGR bid. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. This deal aint plain sailing let me guarantee you
