Money.
I think they said a listed shell was worth about $1.5 mill.
The plan was for SLR to put some assets into the shell, of course with payment to SLR in the form of squillions of PRH shares for the said assets, and the sp of PRH will go up, although existing PRH holders will be diluted to buggery, and we will get a slightly better return for our PRH. Of course, SLR will be the real winner.
PRH has to raise money somehow to pay the wages of the 6 SLR directors who sit on its board. I wonder what they do, seeing they are all non-executive?
Anyway, if they can get PRH up to,say 10c, it would sweeten the blow of what has happened to us holders.
