Okay so the quick summary of Artisan is this: We bought it in October 2017 for $2.1m and we sell it in May 2018 to Vita for $1.525m...yeah...that's smart business! What now of the remaini ng Queensland based businesses. Presumably VTG had a look at them and said NO!
Only saving grace is that the $1.525m will keep us afloat in the interim. This isn't looking good at all.
