Clears the debt and gives Scott some capital to work with.
Also leaves us with two profitable businesses to continue growing.
Hopefully the shared services costs drop dramatically.
Will be interesting to see how it performs in the second half.
Surely the bottom is in now and this is the start of an uptrend?
