ASSET: SEK: Seeka provides update on Australian acquisition
On 5 August 2015, Seeka announced its purchase of the kiwifruit and other
orchard operations and assets of Australian produce company, Bunbartha Fruit
Packers and associated entities.
Completion of the acquisition will follow satisfaction of conditions usual
for a transaction of this nature.
Seeka advises that it has now received Australian Foreign Review Board
approval for the acquisition and is in the process of completing satisfaction
of the remaining conditions, with a view to completing the transaction on
Friday 28 August.
