Acquisition of Cold Storage Business

Further to advice provided to NZX on 27 July 2012, South Port has completed
the due diligence process for the purchase of the cold storage business of
Southland Cool Stores Ltd located at Bluff. The transaction became
unconditional effective today (Thursday, 30 August 2012) and South Port will
operate the business from Monday, 3 September 2012 onwards.
