As part of S&T's ongoing reinvigoration programme, in September the company
completed the move of its Auckland Coil Processing operations from its
facility in Bowden Rd to a purpose built processing hub in Highbrook.
The Bowden Rd facility has now been unconditionally sold with settlement due
on 22 December 2015. The sale is for $8.375m and will result in a one-off
gain of $5.2m which will be recorded in the 31 December 2015 interim results.
