Sale of 155 Beach Road Auckland
thl advises that it has an unconditional contract on its Auckland property -
155 Beach Road for $950k with settlement due by the end of September 2013.
The sale price is the same as the carrying value in the June 2013 accounts
and the proceeds will be used to reduce debt.
thl is continuing to explore options regarding its Hamilton property.
