Purchase of LifeDirect
Trade Me's agreement to buy insurance comparison business LifeDirect is now
unconditional, and will be completed later this week. The intention to
purchase the Wellington-based company was previously announced to the market
on 21 August 2013, as part of the release of Trade Me's financial results for
F13.
