TRANSPACIFIC COMPLETES SALE OF NEW ZEALAND BUSINESS
Further to the announcement of 10 June 2014, Transpacific Industries Group
Ltd (ASX:TPI) is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of TPI's New
Zealand business to Beijing Capital Group for a sale price of NZ$950 million
(A$880 million).
