TEAMTALK CONFIRMS SETTLEMENT OF THE FARMSIDE GROUP ACQUISITION
TeamTalk Limited is delighted to announce that the acquisition of 100% of the
shares of BayCity Communications Limited (which, together with its
subsidiaries is referred to as the Farmside Group) was completed late
yesterday.
Following shareholder approval for the acquisition at a Special Meeting on
December 11th there were a number of further conditions to satisfy before the
transaction went unconditional. These have now all been satisfied.
TeamTalk's Managing Director, David Ware, commented "This is an exciting
development for TeamTalk. Farmside is a great company and we look forward to
help develop their growth plans over coming years."
