It may take a couple of years for the last 4c plus returns allong the way, I think there is a good chance a decent ammount will be back over the next 12 months with the bank payed out by Xmas, payments may be made as they come , NZ looks like a wind up as 88% want withdrawl , a good thing I think , a better chance of higher return , at least this fund is now able to pay good dividends,I am confident with Brookfield with plenty of skin in the game.
I aso note Aventios (CBA) ASX notice sold out today, some major buyer out there picking through the 20 list? they were the ones that voted down the last BAO deal Thankfully.
