ASSET: VGL: VGL exercises Option in MACCS

Vista Group International Ltd ("Vista Group") has today exercised its option
under the original Sale and Purchase Agreement with MACCS International B.V
("MACCS") to acquire an additional 25.0% of the equity in MACCS for EUR2.75m.
This will bring Vista Group's total investment in MACCS to 50.1%. The
intention to exercise the option, along with the price and terms, was
disclosed in Vista Group's prospectus released on July 3rd 2014.
