Im a landlord with 36 rental properties, Many are boarding houses in Queenstown with 380 flatmates there, so I'm liking this sort of technology.
I would generally not know who caused damage to rooms etc...Especially on inspection as the tenant is alway going to say: "That was there before I got here." So with a descent apt I could say N"ah Mate, that was you"
That aside the longer term rental properties I have, I would have no idea of the condition of any of them. Apart from long check lists and odd notes, and pictures from the property agent. A lot of grey areas there..
This Inspector360 should be a good consistent 'snapshot of time' showing full condition of premises to fall back on if something goes wrong, gets pinched, or damaged. Great fot insurance also..

My major point to management would be:
AIRBNB! AIRBNB! Why;
Opposed to hotel rooms which are reasonably consistent in 'assets', where any housemaid can say "Whoa, The towels have been swiped!" Airbnb properties are mostly like homes in thousands of variations with artworks, and decorations, and all sorts of things that can be damaged or stolen. Almost impossible for constantly changing cleaners to notice the missing family treasured painting.
I would say tonnes of curios, artworks an things get stolen from Airbnb's every day.
Its really annoyed me with my rental properties over the years. For example, in one property a valuable antique garden ordiment disappeared, sometime, however three different tenants had rented, and I noticed too late.
Regularly organized photos shoots in apt would have picked up when and who me was responsible. Plus a bit of AI would also alert me that the scene had been changed and to inspect closser.
An apt based on Inspector360 could be used by Airbnb customers, and if affective could be adapted by Airbnb themselves as part of thier offering.
