    I tend to agree on your shell only valuation but tell me why anyone would be interested in 20% of a shell company, with the risk of loosing all unless they had an ulterior motive.
    Wait and see where the $100k goes, one of 2 places (IMHO), Tax office or Tribis with the latter most probable.
