How can you make the assumption that the majority of end users will be women? That's such an outlandish and far fetched comment it is laughable. I understand you support the company and what they are doing but that is such a baseless claim it's nonsensical..
Is the assumption that more real estate agents are women? Or directors of real estate agencies? Or landlords? Or tenants?
