Yeah only way I see them doing it is dilute holders 50%+ and basically start a new business.
The commentary around Pirsee wasn't overly encouraging, they should be focusing efforts there IMO, not announcing reducing expenditure should have been a plug about expansion around Aus, and if not it's as good as a shell.
