AO1 is not doing itself any favours with these potentially borderline non price-sensitive announcements, especially if they want to raise cash at higher prices, because non-price sensitive announcements do not flag on computer systems filtering on price-sensitive announcements. Case in point is today's announcement; many new investors whether professional or retail, were not notified of today's announcement.
