Thanks for sharing your thoughts/research, Salubrious. In the **promotion blocked** Youtube video uploaded on April 28th, 2021, the new CEO said they have three paying customers. Does anyone have the list of the 10 agencies that signed up for the trial? Attree is a paying customer (according to the CEO), so I wonder who the other two are?

I wonder if ReMax is a paying customer? It would be a really bad look if they weren't, as it would suggest that Geoff B. doesn't really believe in the value proposition offered by Inspector360 (or he can't convince his agents/customers to use it).

To your point, Salubrious, I think what is missing in this evaluation is a genuine sense of the value derived from the current version of the product. If someone had the time/guts, one could ring up an agency (or two) using the trial and get the opinion of one of their rental property managers. One could pose as a potential landlord.
