There was a shortfall not last raise but the one before, and management forked out of their own pockets at $0.008. So, whilst I was disappointed I wasn't overly surprised with the low raise price recently to sophs, may have not had confidence in retail supporting them after the last one.
I think the point of the chart was REA was priced dirt cheap at a point in time, where it was probably under development etc, and once it gained traction you can see how that played out.
The difference now is Inspector360 is ready to be commercialised with a CEO accountable / incentivised for the rollout, previously they didn't even have a CEO.
