Geoff is well spoken, and is very on the ball. As someone in the tech industry it's good to hear him talk about collecting feedback from WA. The feedback cycle is extremely important to building the right thing, and sounds like a more "agile" approach instead of a traditional approach. He also mentions the "open api", and them being ready for integrations, which is great.
