A brokers analysis (Jarden) at the time of the acquisition was that each $1Bn retail inflow into Magellan's Vinva funds (where they are also RE) would be about 2% EPS accretive to Magellan. Take that with a grain of salt though as there would be a lot of assumptions re management and particularly performance fees.
