in their haste to BB shares, wouldnt the war chest [they've now wasted] be be more effective at propping up the ailing SP now??? or, better yet, be used to buy other FUM when other plays hit rock bottom? Instead, lets waste $$$$ reducing the share register from 180'odd m down to 180m.....wow.....$200m wasted on bugger all improvement to metrics....
AM is the LAST business you want to hold in a market correction. they got to about 1/3 of their pre-correction value during the gfc.....
