CTN Shareholders should remember that CGA and NAOS do NOT own or control CTN They are Service providers - the main one, but service providers alongside the Auditors, lawyers etc. Yet we have the first announcement being made CGA, followed by the unsigned anonymous Board of Directors of CTN.
Service providers operate under AFS licences ( Australian Financial Service ).
The obligations of licensees are laid down by ASIC see ASIC website
