Buying a 49% interest in a Malay business gets minus 30 out of 10. They have not learned anything from their Benchmark Colleges mistake.
49% gets you no control..........just a foolish acquisition IMHO.
That said the latest acquisition looks quite good. They raised money 6 months ago to do acquisitions and these are the best they can come up with in that time.
This company needs to do much more to get my capital!
