Hmm... interesting.
@Joelstar - when discussing 'nearby' assets with Marc a few weeks ago, he was, ah.... a tad scathing of what 'others' might believe they are worth and how disconnected from reality those expectations are... which from this announcement implies, that Maximus board is not keen on doing a deal (just my initial thoughts).
So I expect AAR might see some weakness and I am going to speculate they are going to have to go hostile (below is what I view as 'fighten words!).
Just a spectator in this so hopefully I can be objective (I still think a deal makes sense).
