I don’t see anything hostile …. Beacon and Colin facilitated the initial 7c purchase and both maintain a lot more MXR shares … I presume at 7c they are happy.
Graham McGarry ( BCN board, major shareholder and manager ) is on the board of MXR … it would be unusual to sell the BCN stake at 7c and than not be happy with the offer.
To make it all look like things are not predetermined ( which they are in most deals imo ) the MXR board may appear to negotiate a sweetener like 7.2c which is ultimately a win / win type scenario of getting the deal done.
