They pretty much gave MXR all the cards at the table by buying 20% of their mediocre asset. Now we have to do DD and more likely pay 10c or so in paper to acquire.
I like Marc and the team, but either acquire it all, or wait.
Agree with you Spec, AAR will suffer in the ST, MXR holders will force our hands to over pay. No positive way to spin it.
