The share overhang is an issue for short term SP movement. However, I see a path for very small niche funds or family offices to approach the Company if they are playing in that medical space and taking up some of that shortfall, now that a second big name is associated with the Company. I also see severe risk that within 12 months, one of the two names make a play for this at a ludicrous price a la RAP. Company needs a few more sales under its belt, and soon, but clearly bigger players have an interest in what this minnow is doing. Once again, Australian tech and development that the Australian market won't support that will go on to be hugely successful ones its bought over and goes oversees.
