Hello. Hill has certainly made a large $1,063,325 (less $283,553) investment in the company at 0.5 cents per share. Its interesting he sold those LBTOA for $283,553, which were exercisable at 0.8 cents each. So yes, it is a good assumption they were sold to an investor, who will pay 1.2 cents per share if they exercise those options.
