1. At least they are issuing the shares at 22.5c/share. Not too bad for us current shareholders.
2. Shares will be escrowed.
3. Will have $60mill when NKP pay us, to assist with further drilling.
4. Independent valuation of $500+ million

Cons

1. Share price should sit around this mark for a while to come.
2. Drilling for oil takes near on forever
3. OIL and GAS is Very risky
4. Expenditure for O&G is expensive
5. Near on 1 billion shares on issue

However if this pays off, will pay big dividends.
