It is more profitable for the business to succeed. It won’t be a hair of their back either way.
My opinion is based on many r & m, this is not a VA. A business that has almost no expenses but is going through litigation can recover. But a business that was never profitable, which now has ADDITIONAL expenses has never successfully sprung to life. It may be the case that for absolute cents on the dollar the product survives, but no matter what I can guarantee all shareholders have already lost. There is no hope for any of you as holders to sell or have any ownership of the new owner. You own shares in the dog of the company that owns the product, not the product itself.
So no, all of you have lost 100pc of your holding and it is best to accept the reality.
