Tim shouldn't be able to sleep at night given the way he has withheld critical information from shareholders over the years. But I reckon he is sleeping like a baby considering as far as I am aware, he is still being paid.
not to mention the fact that filing for administration when you have $10m odd in the bank screams that they wanted to ensure there was enough money in the bank for them to get paid out.
