Very disappointed in the way this equity raise is offered. Unlike ANZ's recent PAITREO raise, Cleanaway is offering its existing retail holders 1/7 of the raise offered to institutions without these holders being able to trade unwanted shares in the SPP. The sop is to possibly accept oversubscriptions from those who wish to apply for more than $30ks worth.
The way it looks is that CWY doesn't believe its retail holders will accept the rationale given for the raise nor the investment case in the GRL purchase.
This is another case of inept boards and managements treating retail shareholders shabbily.
