But it would appear that fully diluted the billion dazzler shares on issue days are about to return again.

This means that around 20 billion rrs shares ( or potential shares that finished out of the money) have been born and sold off, to many including rose coloured glass types.

Remember,,,,'the placement creating entities' NEVER buy them on market,( no churn is not material buying ) but they are happy to see them go to 'safe' hands,,,

Safe hands that are more often than not, certain, they have been let in on a word of mouth secret bargain !..
