IMO a fair price, shrinking customer base, poor tech, high OPEX and no brand equity. Stake are buying the customer base, assuming that the active customer numbers are actually accurate 144k they're looking at $246 cost per customer. Stakes normal CPA would be somewhere between $480-$600 through normal marketing channels but likely a lower value customer. I'd guess, a deal will get done with Stake or another buyer around the 23-25 cents mark $51m-$55m.
