Netwealth and Hub24 make 98% or revenue through FUM and their advisory platforms, Selfwealth would be an unprofitable money pit for them, realistically Netwealth could spend the same amount and build their own retail platform and do better than Selfwealth. There is a very good reason Netwealth trades at $14-$15, they have superior business model, with a better management team that has deep capital markets experience.
