    I know some of you guys love a good conspiracy theory, but.....IMO the reason for the announcement was simply because the article implied/stated a direct association between MB and Packer and TZL....

    "Mark Bouris and his mate James Packer have joined forces once more...."

    Clearly this isn't true, as in there are no direct shareholdings.

    Simply a case of over-zealous "reporting" which the company has moved to clarify, and rightly so, IMO.
