Which is more like it. It's a shame that Henry's 39c options aren't similarly incentivised.
I'm getting weary of management (not just FLC's) with their snouts in the trough at the expense of shareholders who carry the can in the form of excessive dilution and poorly incentivised managers. In FLC's case the share price performance has been woeful over the last 2 years (I've been in since 2016). The only decent growth seems to have been in the number of shares on issue.
